1. The leveling layer must have sufficient bearing capacity, and there should be no cracks, hollowing and sanding. The strength of the base cement must be greater than 10Mpa.

2. The basic floor should be clean, free of grease, paint, glue, cement hard blocks, etc.

3. The floor line is constructed after the floor installation is completed. Pay attention to protecting the installed pvc coil floor during construction.

4. Where the coil floor is connected to other floors, other floors must be installed first and treated with edges to ensure smooth connection.

5. Before the concrete floor is paved, it must be leveled with mortar C10 15-20 days in advance, and the leveling height is 5mm lower than the designed height of the ground. The leveling surface is smooth.

6. The flatness requirement of the color-coated board for the leveling of the foundation ground is that the height error within every 2 meters is less than 2 mm.

7. The concrete and leveling layer must be fully dried before the coil floor can be installed. Generally, it takes 15-20 days to construct. The moisture content of the entire ground does not exceed 5%.
