Due to the cold work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation, the strength and hardness of rolled hard coil increase, and the ductility and plastic index decrease, so the stamping performance will deteriorate, and it can only be used for simple deformation parts. Rolled hard coil can be used as raw material for hot-dip galvanizing plants, and the cold formability of thick plate is directly related to the yield strength and elongation of the material. The lower the yield strength value, the smaller the stress required to produce deformation; the higher the elongation value, the higher the ductility can allow to withstand a large amount of deformation without breaking.
